Andrea Carr has been the head of the property management department of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beazley, REALTORS® for nearly five years.

She’s in charge of:

–  showings

– contracts

– violations

– inspections.

 

She acts as the tenant liaison and informs tenants of any violations that occur in their neighborhoods. If you have any questions regarding any of these areas, please contact her during her office hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Jessica Vogt is the recent addition to the Property Management team! As the senior assistant property manager, she assists Andrea and makes constant trips to the neighborhoods the company is in charge of.

Jessica oversees:

 

-work orders

-maintenance issues

-portal issues

-accounts

-inspections

-support for tenants.

 

If you need any help with these areas, feel free to contact her from Monday to Friday and from 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Carolynne is the property management administrator. The support of the entire team, Carolynne handles:

 

-accounting

– the tenant portal

-charges and security deposits

– insurance documents
