What is Team Builder

Team Builder is a Beazley REALTORS® program designed to provide long-term residual revenue opportunities to all Beazley REALTOR® Agents. In order to participate, an Agent will help secure an appointment for an Agent candidate with the Broker and complete the Team Builder registration form. You can encourage both new-to-business and veteran Agents.

Help RECRUITan Agent to Beazley REALTORS® and the company will pay you 5% of that Agent’s closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income for the first year of the Recruited Agent’s affiliation, 3% of that Agent’s closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income for the second year of the Recruited Agent’s affiliation, and 1% for the third and every subsequent year of the Recruited Agent’s affiliation for as long as both of you remain affiliated with Beazley REALTORS®.

Requirments

NOT ALL REGISTERED PROSPECTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR AFFILIATION WITH BEAZLEY, REALTORS®

• The Teambuilder registration form must be complete prior to the prospective Agent’s appointment with the Broker.
• Registrations are valid for 90 days and maybe renewed if the Agent candidate is actively discussing affiliation with the Broker. If the registration is not renewed after 90 days, another Beazley REALTOR® will be eligible to become the sponsoring agent of the candidate.
• In order to receive any Teambuilder residuals, the sponsoring Agent and the Recruited Agent must be actively affiliated with Beazley REALTORS®.
• Residuals are paid quarterly within 45 days of the end of the quarter.
• All residuals are calculated on Adjusted GCI, which is defined as commission income received by the Company after the deduction of the referral fees and/or military rebates.
• Team Builder does not apply to Agents joining an existing team.
• For the purposes of calculating GCI residuals, the “hire date” of the recruited Agent shall be the date of acceptance of his/her signed Independent Contractor Agreement.
• Residuals are included in your earnings for commission bonus level determinations.
• Enrollment and completion of PATHS training.
• Actively prospecting a minimum of two hours per week.
• Creation and implementation of a Marketing Plan – with assistance from the Marketing Director.
• Creation and implementation of a Profit Plan – with assistance from the Broker
• Attendance and Participation in monthly sales meetings.
